CompuCom is seeking a Sales
Support Specialist to work on a large retail account in Bentonville. This is a great role for a junior level sales

person provides day to day support to the sales team for account management
services to the customer. Plans and implements projects that support the sales
organization. Assists sales organization in providing technical and
administrative information. Works with services team to ensure current services
models are used for developing customer services offerings. Coordinates with
Sales Representatives to provide sales documentation and satisfy customer
requirements. Manages the account operations for specific accounts, including
the appropriate execution of product and service contract provisions. Acts as a
focal point and monitors customer problems to ensure that they are handled as
efficiently and effectively as possible. May act as a liaison between the
customers and the Sales Team in defining needs/solutions, and researching and
resolving customer problems/questions. Assists the Sales Team with sales and
marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Provides pre-sales
support including research, pricing, and pre-qualification of accounts.
Reviews account requests and determines services capability. Offers solutions
to Customer’s questions.
• Provide pre-sales support
to Sales team by attending client meetings. Assist Sales team to determine
sales opportunities.
• Works as a team with
the Sr. Account Executive to support and maintain respective accounts. Acts as
front line communication link to the Sales Team and customers.
• Assists the Sales Team
in increasing account revenues and gross margins. Reviews accounts and suggests
additional sales opportunities.
• Receives and assists
in processing sales opportunities from customers/partners through the sales
force. Interprets and verifies PO’s.
• Communicates activities to the Sales Team
including account status reporting and open issues which ensures that they are
kept current on the status of customer accounts. Responsible for all reporting
on accounts and follow-up on all transactions.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of significant
related work experience.
Bachelors degree
preferred.
Excellent interpersonal
and professional skills.
Detail-orientation and organizational skills.
