Need a Front Desk Receptionist responsible for helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the Edison, NJ office.
Key Responsibilities :
• Facilities/Office Management
• Act as liaison with building management, contractors, cleanup company, HVAC and alternative service firms, and alternative facilities-related suppliers and vendors
• Act as liaison with Medidata IT team members with reference to the administration of the phone and voicemail system, together with troubleshooting and new worker set-up
• Sourcing, rating and selecting vendors for workplace instrumentation, supplies
• Maintenance and change of the key box system Administration
• Administer room reservations system
• Reception duties together with incoming phone calls, salutation and signing-in of guests
• UPS, Fed Ex and mail shipments
• Distribution of workplace mail
• guarantee correct inventories and convenience of workplace and room provides
• make sure the skilled look of the workplace
• Assist with shopper conferences, audits and conferences with regard to line of work and provides

Qualifications / Areas of strength :
• 5+ years expertise in workplace management, facilities management or equivalent needed
