Skills Expected:
- Three Plus years of experience working with Linux and Windows systems administration, provisioning, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting in a web-based environment.
- Three plus years of experience with web server applications
- Experience managing large web server farms and centralized storage infrastructures
- Demonstrating the ability to diagnose complex application issues and provide quick and accurate solutions within a collaborative environment.
- Taking of issues from identification through resolution.
- Experience with managing virtual machines and virtual machine system architecture
- knowledge in basic concepts of Networking and management.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot scripting languages such as , bash,perl and python.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end observation of the systems for each performance and accessibility
Maintain technical documentation that supports all areas of the online tier surroundings
Installing, configuring, and maintaining services like Apache, Nginx, MySQL, SQL and IIS
Ability to observe system configuration, conduct system upgrades, install patches, and build new servers
Manage and support virtualized surroundings
Perform system backups and recovery
Take part in regular on-call rotation
